Studio Alti Service Agreement

1. Introduction This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Studio Alti (“Photographer”, “we”, “us”) and the Client (“you”). This Agreement outlines the terms under which Studio Alti will provide photography services to you.

2. Payment Processing We use Stripe for secure online payment processing. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe for services rendered.

3. Services Provided We offer various photography services as detailed on our website. Each project may have specific terms and conditions, outlined in a separate project agreement.

4. Fees and Payment Terms Fees for our services are listed on our website or as provided in a project-specific quote. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights Upon full payment, you will receive usage rights for the photographs as agreed upon. We retain the copyright of all images produced.

7. Liability Limitation Our liability for any claim, breach, or damage by fault of our services shall be limited to a refund of fees paid by the client.

8. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with third parties except to process your payment through Stripe.

9. Agreement Modification No modification of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Colorado / United States].
